Tom Kirschstein was born in Hamburg, Germany, in 2002. He started studying chemistry in 2020, at the Justus-Liebig University (JLU) in Giessen. He is currently finishing his B.Sc with his thesis about enantioselective synthesis with squaramides in the group of Prof. Dr. Peter R. Schreiner, Ph.D., as part of a RISE-Internship at ISQCH under the supervision of Dr. Eugenia Marqués-López.
